A little about me

I believe some things can't be healed by simply talking about them. Some things live deep below the surface in your nervous system, in the parts of us that formed long before we had the words. Hi. I'm Kathryn, a relational based trauma therapist with a decade of experience helping people find the space to set your nervous system free.

I work primarily with women navigating complex and relational trauma, including CPTSD, childhood wounds, and the lasting effects of chronic stress. Using Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we work together to release what no longer serves you and the person you are becoming. When I'm not in session, I'm probably nerding out to the latest thriller podcasts with my dog Dexter and my cat Lucy. Most likely I'm keeping a close eye on Mercury retrograde - just in case.

My approach

Therapy that meets you where you are

I draw from somatic, relational, and parts-based frameworks — weaving together what the research supports with what I've seen actually help people heal. We might work with the body's sensations, explore the inner landscape of your protective parts, or simply sit with what's hard. There is no single path, and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment.

Safety first

We build a foundation of trust before anything else. You set the pace.

Body-informed

Trauma is held in the nervous system. We work with the whole of you, not just your thoughts.

Non-pathologizing

Your responses to trauma are adaptations, not disorders. I hold that truth with you.
